| Leader | A king like no other - ever-loving, just and good: | |

A king whose kingdom would be filled with love
and peace: |

You, Jesus, are our king. |

A king to guide us in the ways of God, the way
to live: |

| Leader | We light the second candle, to remind us of the faith of God's people recorded in His word, the Bible - "a light for our way and a lamp for our path" - as they prepared for the birth of Jesus. | |
